I have achieved a high standard of culinary skills and a number of internationally recognised awards following a broad-based training including extensive practical catering experience. I apply my technical expertise and management ability to improve the profitability of each and every unit I work in, concentrating on the training, development and performance of the catering staff.
Much of my own personal inspiration and development has been drawn through my experiences of the places I visit.
